Because of the development of
technology, more different media and technology products had been created. We
can find that gradually media images detached from the external world.
Nowadays, we can see many hyperbole photos and false photo appear in the
advertising of media. Since the camera with the beauty function, it can make
your skin to become white and look slippery in the photo. Therefore, you can be
more beautiful. Moreover, after you took the photo, you can modify and hidden the
blemish by using some of the programmes such as Photoshop and“mei tu xiu xiu" (美圖秀秀). You can make your eyes bigger, face thinner,
nose higher and your acne and pore can been disappeared.
However, is it calls human but not monster? Is it really you?
Moreover, some of the advertising uses hyperbole to explain the products. Taking skin product Hada Labo as the
example, in the advertising Jeon Ji-hyeon have big eyes, white, smooth and perfect face. She could
be called goddess. Some girls have been attracted by the pictures which appear
in the advertising. Then, they would like to buy the products. However, after trying
the products, they can find that they could not be so perfect and like the
goddess in the advertising.
Using TV advertisement of (2012) 999
Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream as the example, in the
advertisement, the itch is like a monster to attack people and the cream is
like a superman to struggle with the monster and then save people. It is not
true but phony and will not happen in our world.
All in all, we can see that the things in the media sometimes might
not be true and media
images detached from the external world. (293 words)
